Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern the use of Social To Posts (the "Service"), provided by 9D CREATIVE OFFICE (the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
The Service retrieves posts from an Instagram professional account that you are authorized to manage and enables you to import selected content into a WordPress site that you control. The free WordPress.org plugin connects your WordPress site to the Service.
3. Accounts and authority
- You must provide accurate registration information and protect your authentication credentials.
- You must have the authority required to connect each Instagram account and WordPress site.
- You must not retrieve, reproduce, or publish content that infringes another party's rights.
4. Your content
Rights in Instagram posts and other content processed through the Service remain with you or the relevant rights holder. You permit the Operator to retrieve, store, transform, and transmit that content to your WordPress site only as necessary to provide the Service.
5. Fees, term, and automatic renewal
The Standard plan costs JPY 880 per month, including tax, in Japan and USD 5.99 per month outside Japan. The applicable price is displayed before purchase and on Stripe Checkout. The subscription begins when you subscribe, runs for one month, and renews automatically each month unless you schedule cancellation.
Differences between the Free and Standard plans are enforced by the Service based on processing volume, usage, storage, synchronization frequency, and other limits shown before purchase.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may schedule cancellation at any time from the Social To Posts screen in WordPress. You may continue using the Standard plan until the last day of the current billing period, after which your account moves automatically to the Free plan.
Because the Service is provided digitally, fees are not refunded or prorated for cancellation during a billing period, except where required by law or where the Operator is responsible for a failure to provide the Service. This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Violating applicable law, public policy, or another party's rights
- Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interference with operation of the Service
- Providing false information or using accounts or credentials without authority
- Violating the terms of Meta, Instagram, WordPress, or another external service
8. External services
The Service depends on Meta, Instagram, WordPress, Stripe, and other external services. Changes, suspension, reviews, API limits, account status, or authorization requirements imposed by those services may prevent all or part of the Service from operating.
9. Changes and suspension
The Operator may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, security, external-service changes, or other operational reasons. Material changes and planned maintenance will be announced in advance where reasonably possible. Emergency work may be performed without advance notice.
10. Warranties and liability
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator, the Operator is not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension and account deletion
The Operator may restrict use when a user violates these Terms. You may disconnect Instagram at any time. Posts, images, and custom fields already imported into your WordPress site are not automatically deleted when a subscription ends, an Instagram account is disconnected, or a Service account is deleted.
12. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may update these Terms to reflect changes in law or the Service. Material changes will be announced before they take effect through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be resolved by a court in Japan having jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country remain unaffected.
14. Language
The Japanese version is the governing version of these Terms, and this English version is provided for convenience. If the versions conflict, the Japanese version prevails, except to the extent prohibited by mandatory consumer law.
