User Data Deletion

You can delete Instagram-related information stored by Social To Posts using the following procedures.

Delete Instagram connection data

  1. Sign in to Social To Posts.
  2. Open the Instagram connection page.
  3. Select "Disconnect."

Disconnecting removes the Instagram access token, user ID, username, and cached post information such as image URLs and captions. Posts, images, and custom fields already imported into WordPress are not deleted. Delete them from WordPress separately when necessary.

Revoke access from Instagram

In Instagram, open Settings and activity, then Website permissions or Apps and websites, and remove access for SocialToPosts. After access is revoked, the Service can no longer retrieve Instagram data.

Delete your Service account

After signing in, use the account deletion page. If a paid subscription is active, schedule cancellation and wait until the current billing period ends. Account deletion removes personal information and linked Service data, including a Google account identifier. Records needed for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or operational-audit purposes may be retained in anonymized form. Stripe may retain payment records under its own legal and accounting obligations.
